This application came into being for a medium sized yacht club that has an out-station dock where members need to pre-book spots. We accomplish this in a way that is similar to booking a hotel room where users can select the date they wish to check-in and book the dock space. Each day is booked separately and allows users to book to meet their needs. Clients and users report it is quick and easy to set-up and use.
This is not your old fashioned scavenger hunt but a new exciting twist to an old idea. The E-Motions for E-Meetings application will allow organizations to vote on motions when using an online meeting platform such as ZOOM. Features include:
* Both small and large meetings supported
* Unique voter codes for each membership
* Codes are only counted once per motion, no matter which partner uses it
* Motions are opened and closed by the host
* Host can share the results onscreen (screen sharing required)
* Host can provide reports to the organization, after the meeting is 'closed'
